Cyber Swachhta Kendra
The Indian Government has launched Cyber Swachhta Kendra, a Botnet Cleaning and Malware Analysis Center, which is a part of the Digital India initiative under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY).
Cyber Swachhta Kendra is set up in accordance with the objectives of the “National Cyber Security Policy”, with an aim to secure cyberspace in the country by detecting malware, botnet and notify, enable cleaning for users to prevent further spread of infection.
It is a part of the Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In) and works in collaboration with industries, academia, and internet service providers to create awareness about malware and botnet. Cyber Swachhta Kendra provides few free tools to help users in India.
