Physical Standards (CDS Eligibility) | Eligible Candidate must meet the standards of being physically fit according to physical standards for admission to Combined Defence Services Examination (1), 2019 as per guidelines given in Appendix-IV |

Application Fees | Rs. 200 (Exemption for Female/SC/ST candidates) Fees can be paid online by opting for Visa/Master Credit/Debit Card OR Net banking facility of SBI, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur/State Bank of Hyderabad/State Bank of Mysore/State Bank of Patiala/State Bank of Travancore OR By depositing fees in any Branch of SBI by cash Candidates who select the option of “Pay by Cash” mode need to take hard copy/print out of system generated Pay in-slip during Part-II registration and deposit the fee at the counter of SBI Branch on the next working day only |

Eligible candidates can apply on the link and detailed instructions on how to fill online can be accessed from the site
Completing the online application is split into two parts
Part -I – Registration
- Keep ready a valid personal e-mail ID. The registered e-mail id should be kept functional till completion of this selection process. All the communication will be sent to the candidates to the registered e-mail ID only
- Fill in the personal details and before final submission verify the details and make corrections if needed
Part-II – Pre-Requisite to completion of Online application
- Scan the following as per the specifications (in JPG format not greater than 300 KB each and must not be less than 20 KB and resolution 350 pixels (Width) X 350 pixels (Height) minimum , 1000 pixels (Width) X 1000 pixels (Height) maximum and Bit Depth of image file should be 24 bit)
– Photograph
– Signature
Part –II – Online Form
- Details captured are fees payment if applicable, selection of examination center, upload of Photograph and Signature and a declaration
- Candidate can review the information added before clicking on “I agree” button. Once submitted, no corrections can be done
- On successful filing, a registration number will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen
- Either note down the registration number or take a print out for future purposes
- Candidate will receive an auto-generated Email on registered email id
Please Note: Candidates who are applying online must make a note of it that there is a ceiling on the maximum number of candidates allocated to each Centre except Chennai, Delhi, Dispur, Kolkata, and Nagpur. Allotment of Centres will be done on ‘first-apply-first allot’ basis and once filled, a center will not entertain any more candidates. Hence it is advisable to apply early on so that candidate can get a center of his/her choice.
