Ingredients for Ginger Water Recipe:
- 1 liter of fresh filtered water (4 cups approx)
- 1/2 fresh Lemon juice extract (optional)
- Ginger root cuts, 2 inches approx, peeled off and sliced
Boil 1 liter of water and add sliced ginger pieces. Allow it to simmer for another 15 minutes on medium flame. Take it off and allow to cool. Strain off the ginger slices from the water. Pour ginger water in a glass and add lemon juice extract if you want. Take half of it in the morning on an empty stomach, say 2 hours before taking breakfast and rest half in the evening 2 hours before dinner.
