Tata Sky viewers will be able to watch 7 days without recharging. It is offering a 7-day balance loan amid nationwide lockdown. In simpler words, you can continue to watch 7 days for free and make the payment on the 8th day.
To ease the suffering during 21 days of countrywide lockdown, the government has started taking many measures. At the same time, private organizations are also trying to help the citizens of India by making changes in the services that they offer.
In such a measure taken by Tata Sky, one of the most most popular DTH operators in the country, its users are now able to get a loan balance to keep the DTH service functional for seven days. Once you take this offer, the bill amount for the services provided during the week would be deducted from the users’ Tata Sky account on the eighth day.
Tata Sky has rolled out this service for users whose accounts have been deactivated during the lockdown period. People who are unable to recharge their DTH due to the ongoing lockdown can avail of this service by giving a missed call on 080-61999922 with your registered mobile number.
Once you give the missed call, services would be resumed on your Tata Sky account for the next seven days, and the appropriate amount would be deducted on the eighth day.
Additionally, to help the people fit and healthy during the lockdown, Tata Sky has made its fitness channel free for every user until 14th April 2020. This fitness channel broadcasts videos and talk-shows featuring some of the well-known fitness gurus in this domain. Otherwise, this service is available for 2 rupees per day.
